Shipping

Most orders will be dispatched either the same day or the day after purchase (with custom products it may take up to 7 working days). After this deliveries are expected to take 1-2 days. However, it can take up to 14 days to deliver (unless you choose special delivery). Please note that during busy times, such as Christmas, deliveries are expected to take a bit longer. You will be notified if these delivery times cannot be met for whatever reason.

If you are concerned about a purchase and would like to find out its current situation, please feel free to send us an email. We will look into it and get back to you as soon as possible. Please provide full details of your order in the email.

Shipping costs vary depending on how many badges you purchase and what service you choose. All deliveries are carried out by Royal Mail. When you enter checkout you will be given a choice of delivery methods depending on the weight and value of your purchases.

Please note: Your order will only have as much insurance on it as the order method you choose. For full details, please visit the Royal Mail website.

If you order a product and then decide you don't want it, please contact us immediately as there may be the possibility of cancelling your order if it hasn't been sent yet. However, we cannot guarantee we will be able to cancel your order.

Returns

If you decide once you have received your product that you don't want it for any reason and would like to return it, please contact us immediately explaining why you are returning the item. Depending on the item, your reason and how much time has passed we may be able to offer you a full refund on return of the product. Shipping fees will only be refunded if we have accidently sent you the wrong item. In the case of custom products, we cannot offer a refund unless the product is faulty.

NOTE: Please ensure that you return the item in its original packaging.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

Great care is taken with your purchases. However, if your product is faulty or damaged then please contact us immediately and we will provide you with information on returning the product and organise a replacement or refund.
