With all transactions on ampsbadges.co.uk, you will be subject to the following Terms and Conditions:
All orders are to be placed via the ampsbadges.co.uk website and must be paid in full when ordered. Most orders are subject to shipping costs which will be added on before payment is made. If in the unlikely event we are unable to meet your order, we will notify you ASAP and a full refund will be given. All payments are to be made using a card through Paypal, or by using a paypal account, or by using ampsbadges.co.uk vouchers.
We cannot be held responsible for any damage or injury caused by misuse of our products. This includes trying to dismantle the badge(s) or using them for anything but wearing for display. All our badges are not suitable for young children and should never be given to young children. Please note: due to the size of our badges they present a choking hazard.
AmpsBadges.co.uk vouchers are only redeemable on the ampsbadges.co.uk website. The vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and may be subject to an expiry date. Vouchers cannot be used on orders already placed. Vouchers have a cash value of 0.001p.
All deliveries are estimated to take between 1 to 2 days. However, we will not be held responsible for any loss caused by late delivery. You may use the contact form to contact us regarding the situation of your order at any time. Deliveries can take anywhere between 1 and 14 days. You will be notified if these delivery times cannot be met for whatever reason. Please note that some larger deliveries may require signing for. Orders may be cancelled if we are notified quickly. However, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order if you have left it too long. Some products may be returned if unwanted, however, you will need to contact us within 5 days for this to be a possibility and this is not available on all products. In this circumstance, postage and postage costs will be the customer’s responsibility. Products must be in a saleable condition.
Any faulty items will be dealt with as quickly as possible and either replacement or refund given. Any complaints of faulty items should be sent via email to info@ampsbadges.co.uk or by using the contact form. Any refunds will be processed using paypal and returned to the original card used.
If you are aged 16 or under, please get permission from your parent/guardian before providing personal information on the www.ampsbadges.co.uk and any other AMPzone.com websites. Users without this permission are not allowed to give us personal information.
Once an order has been placed you should receive a confirmation email and receipt once payment has been made.
All prices include any taxes that are payable. We currently do not pay VAT. Shipping costs will be given at the checkout as these are calculated depending on the overall weight of the product(s) ordered.
You may contact us by email for a personal quote when ordering a larger amount of badges. However, please be aware that these quotes are subject to change at any time and at points we may not be able to complete very large orders for several weeks.
Please note: All our badges are unsuitable for children under 36 months due to the sharp pin and small parts.
